Jordan Cannata is a professional drummer whose life revolves around one thing: playing music as hard and as honestly as possible.

From touring stages around the world, to locking into the groove night after night, Jordan is currently the drummer for the multi-platinum rock band Slaughter, a role he’s held since 2021. When he’s not on the road, he stays busy with session work, private lessons, and gigs for hire. Jordan’s style is rooted in classic rock and metal but with influences from many other genres like funk, soul, and R&B and was shaped by a lifetime of listening, performing, and learning on the job. That foundation has led him to record, tour, and/or perform with a wide range of artists including Slaughter, Adrenaline Mob, Ace Frehley, Doro, Lynch Mob, Billy Gibbons, Casandra’s Crossing, Sugarmore, Tokyo Motor Fist, Cloud 10 and many others, bringing both power and feel to every project he’s part of. Whether he’s in front of thousands of fans or working one-on-one with students, Jordan brings the same energy, professionalism, and love for the instrument every time he sits behind the kit. Drumming isn’t just what he does—it’s how he connects, creates, and contributes to the music community every day.
